My mom makes these. For a filling, we make a cheese sauce made from:
1 egg yolk 1/2 tub small curd cottage cheese 1 stick cream cheese 8 tbsp. sugar All ingredients are put into a mixer, and beat until smooth. Then put in the refrigerator to chill. When done, we thinly spread the mixture on the Palatschinken, roll them, and eat as a finger food.
