a little tip

This is the first recipe I ever saw using beef broth like my sister in law tought me.

Great!!! It gives good flavor to the potatoes. It was always my secret to the best potato salad.
My sister in law who lives in Stuttgart gave me her recipe (like yours) and she boils the potatoes, cuts them in disks and THEN ADDS THE BEEF BROTH FIRST. If you add the oil first the potatoes will not absorb the beef broth liquid into the potatoes. So I recomend you do the broth first and then add the oil and viniger etc. etc.
