I was in the mood to make some German Rouladen on a rainy day and I thought a nice German soup would be a nice accompaniment to it. So I found this recipe and it was so much better than expected. My wife is Gluten free so I substituted Gluten free flour for all purpose flower and it worked great. I would recommend this recipe with 5 stars (out of 5). Thanks for posting.
