Tips from a native German food lover

Hi guys,

I just wanted to add some tips. Trust a German native in love with German culinary and especially Schnitzel!

Add some whipped cream to the beated egg. That will make the coating extremely fluffy.

Also, add some butter to the vegetable oil or better: use clarified butter. This will make a big difference! That's the way German grandmas do it.
